STM32F4 series high performance microcontroller with DSP and FPU instruction


The STM32F4 MCU family based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 uses StMicro's NVM process and ART Accelerator™ to achieve 225 DMIPS/608 CoreMark when executed via flash memory at operating frequencies up to 180 MHz. This is the highest benchmark score achieved by any Cortex-M kernel based microcontroller product to date.

Due to the dynamic power adjustment feature, current consumption when executing instructions via flash memory ranges from 89 µA/MHz for the STM32F410 to 260 µA/MHz for the STM32F439.

The STM32F4 series includes eight compatible digital Signal controller (DSC) product lines, which are the perfect combination of MCU real-time control function and DSP signal processing function:
