Microswitch is a pressure actuated fast switch, also known as sensitive switch. A master electric device with a small stroke and instantaneous action. Micro switch is a small contact switch, which is connected by a gentle touch of the hand, and is commonly used in the factory for short circuit and overcurrent protection inside the big switch. When the external mechanical force is applied to the operation button, the operation button will move down, and the spring will be stretched through the hook. When the spring is pulled to a certain length, the moving spring moves down rapidly, and the contact at the right end of the moving spring turns to contact with the normally open contact below, so as to realize the circuit conversion. If the external force is removed, under the action of the spring restoring force, the contact is transitioned instantaneously. With the addition of some rollers or pressing blocks, other types of micro switch can be derived, which can be adapted to different purposes. Widely used in mouse, household appliances, industrial machinery, motorcycles and other places, the switch is small, but plays an irreplaceable role.

The working principle of the micro switch is that the external mechanical force acts on the action reed through the transmission element (press pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and the energy accumulates to the critical point to produce instantaneous action, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed is quickly connected or disconnected from the stationary contact. When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces reverse action force. When the reverse travel of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. Micro switch contact spacing is small, short travel, according to the power, quick break. The speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the speed of the transmission element. Microswitches are used in electronic equipment and other equipment for automatic control and safety protection of frequent circuit change devices. Microswitch is divided into large, medium, small, according to different needs can be divided into waterproof type (in the liquid environment to use) and ordinary type, switch connected to two lines, electrical appliances, machines and so on to provide power control.

The control of the micro switch is realized by the throttle pull CAM which controls the throttle opening. The micro switch is installed on the appropriate position of the pull wire CAM.
